Bobby Kotick, Former Activision CEO, Joins Skydance Board of Directors

Former Activision-Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick is joining the board of directors at Skydance, alongside investor Laurene Powell Jobs. The appointment follows Paramount's completed takeover of Warner Bros. as part of their $111 billion merger. Kotick led Activision-Blizzard until the end of 2023, when its acquisition by Microsoft was completed.
