North American esports club Evil Geniuses announced it will dissolve on November 2, 2026, ending all its competitive programs and daily operations. CEO Chris DeAppolonio cited insufficient sponsorship funding and rising costs of top-tier events, and the club said it will wind down in an orderly way and help affected players, coaches and staff transition. Players can begin talks with other organizations immediately, and its VALORANT players and coaches will have their contracts terminated on the day operations end.
