FISSURE CEO: "Around half of our CS2 debt has already been paid"

FISSURE CEO Nikolay Vesnin said in an open letter that around half of the organizer's CS2 debt has already been paid, with payments underway since the summer and the next major repayment phase planned for the first quarter of 2027. FISSURE is in contact with the clubs and will agree a repayment schedule with each individually, and it will publicly report on actual payment progress in the first quarter of 2027. The financial difficulties had forced FISSURE to cancel three of its events in 2026 and 2027, and prize pools for new tournaments are now secured before events begin.
