Asus ROG Xbox Ally X20 vs Xbox Ally X: OLED screen and better thermals for $300 more
Xbox Ally X 20 vs Xbox Ally X: A wickedly bright OLED screen and frosty temps make for a begrudgingly attractive upgrade for the Asus handheld
Brief
The Asus ROG Xbox Ally X20 costs $300 more than the Xbox Ally X and adds a 7.4-inch OLED screen, TMR thumbsticks, improved thermals, and MicroSD Express support. Its display peaks at 1,400 nits versus 500 nits on the Xbox Ally X, while both share the Ryzen Z2 Extreme and 24GB of memory. Benchmark results show the X20 slightly ahead in most tests, though it trails in some games like Metro Exodus Enhanced.
