Does Razer's 'Perfect 180' insta-turning mouse feature count as cheating? You decide

Razer's new Basilisk V4 Pro and V4 HyperSpeed gaming mice include a Perfect 180 feature that lets players bind a quick 180-degree turn to a mouse button, aimed at low-sensitivity competitive FPS players. The author argues it isn't aim assist but still a movement-enhancing feature outside the game itself, echoing the earlier SOCD/Snap Tap controversy.
