Kingdom Come: Deliverance studio co-founder hopes GTA 6 will 'blaze a trail' to higher game prices

Warhorse Studios co-founder Martin Klima hopes Grand Theft Auto 6, launching on consoles on November 19, will be a big enough hit to let other studios raise their prices. He said he won't play GTA 6 and doesn't understand the series' popularity, but sees higher unit prices as necessary for the industry's survival. Take-Two confirmed in June that GTA 6 will launch at $80, $10 more than conventional big-budget games.
