IGN played the Adeptus Mechanicus and Necron factions in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4 ahead of release and found both play notably differently from the Orks and Space Marines. The AdMech rely on ranged units and a Noosphere building network that grants bonuses when structures are connected, while the Necrons spread a machine lattice from Nexus of Dominion towers to generate their economy.
