The 8 Best Castlevania Games, Ranked

Polygon ranks the 8 best Castlevania games as a starting point for players who have been away from the series. The list includes Super Castlevania 4, Castlevania: Bloodlines, Castlevania Chronicles, Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, and Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, with original release dates and current platforms noted. The ranking arrives as Castlevania: Belmont's Curse launches this week, ending a 13-year gap without a new installment.
