Star Trek Online Players Form Galaxy Class Honor Guard to Pay Tribute to Captain Picard Actor Sir Patrick Stewart

Star Trek Online players gathered in-game to memorialize Sir Patrick Stewart, who died this week aged 86. Around 40 to 50 Galaxy Class ships formed an Honor Guard outside ESD and let off fireworks, while players also held torches aloft in various in-game locales. Players are now asking developer Cryptic Studios to add a permanent tribute, such as Picard's château as an explorable location or a statue at Starfleet Academy.
