The Ubisoft Workers of Montreal Union has launched a petition to "preserve hybrid work," which has gathered more than 300 signatures. The campaign began on September 30, with most signatures collected in person, and the United Videogame Workers Union voiced its support. Earlier this year, Ubisoft implemented a return-to-office mandate as part of its restructuring into Creative Houses, requiring all staff in the office five days a week with an annual allowance of work-from-home days.
