Kojima says 'walking simulator' comments about Death Stranding prove social media can form hivemind narratives

Hideo Kojima cited Death Stranding as an example of how social media can form "hivemind" narratives. He said people who haven't played the game call it "just a walking simulator" as if they had played it, and that this perception still persists. He added that with AI entering social media, users only see opinions they already agree with and never encounter different perspectives by chance.
