ESIC bans five NOMERCY players from three years to lifetime for match manipulation

ESIC announced sanctions ranging from three years to a lifetime ban for five NOMERCY players who competed at Roman Imperium Cup VII, following an investigation into four best-of-one group-stage matches. Evidence included betting intelligence that found a high-value combination bet on all four matches, a full gameplay review, player-specific analysis, communications and financial material, and participant responses. Oliver "kzy" Heck received a lifetime ban, János "James8k" Fodor and Petar "perakokanje" Bešir got five years, and Palkovics "playN" Tamás and Sreten "srtn1" Smiljanić got three years, with the bans counted from the provisional sanction in April.
