Former Avalanche Studios chief Natalie Francis joins Massive Entertainment as managing director

Natalie Francis, former head of studio operations and development at DICE and chief development officer at Avalanche Studios, is joining Massive Entertainment as managing director on October 1st. The Ubisoft subsidiary has worked on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Star Wars Outlaws, and is currently leading development on Tom Clancy's The Division 2 and the forthcoming Tom Clancy's The Division 3. Earlier this year, Ubisoft confirmed plans to make 55 people redundant at Massive Entertainment and Ubisoft Stockholm.
