IGN Preview: Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Appears to Solve Switch Sports' Shortcomings

After more than an hour of hands-on play, IGN's Ryan McCaffrey says Nintendo Switch Sports Resort appears to solve many of Nintendo Switch Sports' shortcomings. Nintendo is bundling the game with the Switch 2 this holiday season. Wuhu Island supports competition, exploration, and leisure, with collectibles and achievements in sports like Power Cruising and a ladder of CPU opponents in Boxing. The author still questions the sports lineup, preferring Swordplay, Baseball, or Frisbee over Table Tennis and Volleyball.
