Solid Snake's Japanese Voice Actor Wants Another Metal Gear, But Won't Do It Without Kojima

Akio Otsuka, the Japanese voice of Solid Snake, says he would like to see one more Metal Gear game for the fans, but won't take part in one that Kojima isn't involved in. He notes that since Kojima left Konami, the series has only seen the spin-off Metal Gear Survive and a Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater remake using existing voice lines and content, and he hasn't recorded new lines for the character since. Otsuka reunited with Kojima on Death Stranding, and Kojima's current project Physint is said to evoke the ideas of Metal Gear.
