Roblox says no adult content was used in AI training after Open3DLab scraping

Roblox confirmed to GameDeveloper.com that an AI agent built by one of its researchers downloaded 145.5 GB of assets from Open3DLab and its sister sites, including 117.4 GB of adult content from SmutBase and SFMLab. The company said the agent has been decommissioned and the data was not used for any purpose, including AI training. Open3DLab admin Salaryman said the crawler ignored robots.txt and the sites' terms of service, taking 1,027 files from 712 projects.
