Resident Evil movie review - the best video game adaptation of playing a video game

Zach Cregger's Resident Evil film drops everyman Bryan into Raccoon City's T-virus outbreak, structured like a video game with real-time encounters, set-pieces and boss fights. Austin Abrams stars in a horror-comedy that leans on slapstick and gross-out gags, and it lacks Leon, Claire and other series regulars.
