A long-overdue conversation with Jordan Mechner

A one-on-one interview with Prince of Persia creator Jordan Mechner, conducted after a 2024 GDC roundtable, has finally been published. He discusses his autobiographical graphic novel, why we may not have seen the last of The Last Express, and how each generation of fans now has its "own" Prince of Persia. At the time of the interview, Ubisoft had not yet canceled its Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake, and The Lost Crown had just launched.
