Team Fortress 2 Update Released

An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released and will be applied automatically when the game is restarted. It fixes a smoke effect regression for Le Sapeur and clipping issues on the Chief Executor, Vested Investor's Vest, and Standing Offer. The update also adds 1 minute to the cp_wildcat_event round timer and fixes a bug that allowed pumpkin-disguised players to cap at 15x speed.
