King signs collective agreement with Swedish trade unions after call to industrial action

King has signed a collective agreement with the Swedish trade unions Unionen and Sveriges Ingenjörer, following last week's call to industrial action. Unionen said the agreement, reached after over a year of negotiations, covers job security and greater influence over workplace terms and conditions. Unionen head of negotiations Martin Wästfelt called it a major victory for King's members and credited the union's long partnership with Engineers of Sweden.
