RuneScape: Dragonwilds (Switch 2) Review: A Slow-Burn Survival-Crafting RPG That Underwhelms Visually

RuneScape: Dragonwilds has launched on Switch 2, and after nearly 55 hours with the main questline the reviewer calls it a mechanically rich survival-crafting RPG whose combat is often overwhelmed by groups of enemies and whose mid-to-late resource chains drag. The Switch 2 version holds a fairly consistent 30fps cap, but resolution looks blurry in both handheld and docked modes and the lighting is overexposed. Developer Jagex has released an open letter acknowledging the Switch 2 build is not where it wants to be visually and promising future improvements.
