Haunted Chocolatier is still 'a town game', but it'll be more of an action RPG: 'It's for the people in Stardew Valley that go into the mines'

Haunted Chocolatier is still what ConcernedApe calls "a town game," but it leans more toward an action RPG focused on adventuring, finding equipment, and getting more powerful, with monsters and boss fights. Eric Barone said it's for the people in Stardew Valley who go into the mines. He also said he's been struggling with following up Stardew Valley because he wants to recapture the feeling he had while making it.
