Digital Foundry: PS5 Pro Is Easily the Best Console for The Witcher 3 Remastered
PS5 Pro Easily the Best Place to Play The Witcher 3 Remastered on Console, Finds Digital Foundry
Brief
Digital Foundry tested The Witcher 3 Remastered with Patch 5.01 across PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, and found PS5 Pro to be the best console for the game. Its performance mode runs around 80 to 90 frames-per-second on a 120Hz display, while the ray tracing mode targets 60fps. The base PS5 version is still solid, but screen tearing without VRR, slight frame rate dips, and overblown bloom remain issues.
