Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 hands-on and producer interview on the H1000 setting and Soul systems

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 opened character creation and three co-op PVE quests at a pre-TGS2026 media demo, with the story mode unavailable. The game is set in H1000, roughly 200 years after the original story, and the full release is expected to offer six races plus new customization systems such as Soul Support and Soul Swap. Producer Hirano Masayuki said in the interview that the team wants to widen character builds to address the repetitive combat patterns of the previous game.
