With GTA 6's Dating System Incoming, a Surprising Percentage of Adults Think Investing in a Video Game Relationship Is Cheating

A September YouGov poll of 4,000 British adults found around 6% would consider dating in a video game cheating, while a further 19% said they wouldn't call it cheating but wouldn't be okay with it. GTA 6 launches in November and centers on Jason and Lucia, who can kiss at the touch of a button, hold hands, and go on beach dates, with their relationship rising or falling based on how quickly you text back on in-game phones. Rockstar has said players can engage with that relationship as much or as little as they want.
