Final Fantasy Resonance Review: A Nostalgic JRPG Limited by Its Mobile Origins

Final Fantasy Resonance is a premium single-player JRPG adaptation of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, with gacha removed and progression reworked. Its Vision system lets party members equip characters from across the series and permanently inherit their skills, but the three-step quiz used to obtain Visions feels cheap. The battle system and Visions are the standout features, yet they fall short of other HD-2D titles from Square Enix.
