Alien: Isolation 2 will launch in 2027, and creative director Al Hope told IGN at Lucca Comics and Games that the team is staying with survival horror to bring players back to the time and place of the first film. He confirmed players control a new protagonist, Blake, a Weyland-Yutani manager who has never encountered the creature and has just arrived on planet LV-921 to find the lab jettisoned from Sevastopol Station by Amanda Ripley.
