Romancing Saga 3: Destinies United Remake Hands-On: A Sentient Snowman Is the Surprise Star

At New York Comic Con, Square Enix showed a demo of Romancing Saga 3: Destinies United, a remake of the mid-1990s turn-based RPG Romancing Saga 3. The party includes leader Khalid, fairy Peony, fighter Ellen, masked swordsman Robin, and Flurry the snowman, who is underpowered but still hits hard with punches. Players can sneak up on enemies and press X to launch a Preemptive Strike, starting the battle with every enemy having lost some hit points.
