Nvidia's DLSS 5 October Update Model Tested: 25% Faster at 1440p on RTX Spark
I jammed Nvidia's new DLSS 5 October update model into the RTX Spark and it's 25% faster at 1440p
Brief
Nvidia's DLSS 5 October update model was tested in NBA 2K27 on an Asus ProArt P16 with RTX Spark, reaching 134 fps at 1440p versus 107 fps with the original model. The new model cuts the performance hit from roughly 47% to 33% by refining training data and shrinking to around 118 million parameters, about 24% smaller, with 20% less VRAM usage at 4K. Testing used DLSS Balanced and 4x Multi Frame Gen.
