'This Needs to Change' — PlayStation Fan Gets PSN Account Hacked and Restored, Acknowledges Others May Not Be as Lucky

PlayStation community member RealRadec had his PSN account hacked, with login info including his email changed to lock him out, while the PlayStation support phone line was offline. He got his account back after help from PlayStation podcaster Colin Moriarty, but acknowledged he was only lucky because of his platform and connections. Radec said the problem has been brewing at PlayStation for a long time and that no one deserves to lose their games, DLC, save data, and trophies.
