Atari Hotels has broken ground in Phoenix's Roosevelt Row, with construction planned to complete in late 2028 to early 2029. The hotel is expected to feature high-tech guest rooms, creator studios, and an esports and concert venue holding more than two thousand attendees, plus a sportsbook, immersive bars, shopping, and restaurants. First announced in January 2020 and designed by räkkhaus, the project is now in Phase One construction.
