Nüwa Bionic (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in Shanghai's Yangpu District on October 16 with 10 million yuan in registered capital, and Papergames founder and CEO Yao Runhao personally subscribed 6 million yuan for a 60% stake. Its business scope covers R&D and sales of intelligent robots and service consumer robot manufacturing, with bionic robot R&D listed as its main business.
