Konami Plans 'Second and Third Waves' of New Silent Hill Games
Expect plenty more Silent Hill over the next few years, as Konami has plans for 'second and third waves' of new games in its revived horror series
Brief
Silent Hill producer Motoi Okamoto said in a Famitsu interview that the three recently released games—Silent Hill 2 Remake, Silent Hill f, and Silent Hill: Townfall—represent only the "first wave" of Konami's revival plan, with "second and third waves" now being considered. He said all three titles launched successfully and drew high praise, and that Konami is currently looking at a number of projects. Bloober Team, after remaking Silent Hill 2, is now turning to the 1999 original.
