Resident Evil Executive Producer Says the Series' Story Could End 'In the Next 10 Years'

Resident Evil executive producer Jun Takeuchi said the series' overarching story has a definite conclusion that could arrive "in the next 10 years." He said the first 10-year plan closed with this year's release of Requiem, though multiple titles are still planned in the interim. He also noted Resident Evil 2 Remake is the franchise's best-selling game and Requiem passed $500 million in revenue after launching this year.
