Warhorse co-founder Martin Klima said the idea that studios can lay off half their staff and replace them with AI is "fundamentally flawed," arguing AI doesn't work the way execs' "simplified mental model" imagines. He believes player demand for bigger games will push studios to keep human dev teams the same size but augmented by AI, allowing them to make bigger games for the same cost. Klima added this could mean more branching classes or more missions.
