GOG announces first ever games showcase

GOG is holding its first ever games showcase on November 5, announcing new games and features as the storefront marks its 18th anniversary. The showcase will focus on older games, with more classics expected to get DRM-free re-releases on PC, plus updates on efforts to preserve older games and keep them playable on modern hardware.
