PC Games Storefront Does What Valve Won’t, Takes Action Against AI Slop
Brief
A PC games storefront has taken action against AI-generated slop, something Valve has not done. In October 2026, 54.6% of titles added to Steam carried an AI disclosure label, the first month such games outnumbered those without; in 2025, only 18.3% of games added to the platform had the label.
