Zelda Ocarina Remake Producers Talk Changing And Maintaining The Game, Easter Eggs, The Bombchu Bowling Alley Operator, And More

Brief

Game Informer published an interview with Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma and Ocarina of Time remake producer Hidemaro Fujibayashi on the day the remake launched for Switch 2. They said the remake was led by younger developers and used Switch 2 to improve controls, graphics, and camera control while preserving what the original creators wanted to convey. Aonuma said the Water Temple flows better with one-button iron boots and a movable camera, and explained changes such as a fifth bottle and the removal of the Mario and Yoshi portraits in the courtyard.
