Modern Warships Stole an Artist's Aircraft Design and Then Tried to Sell It In-Game for $700
Warship Game Steals Nonsensical Aircraft Design And Then Tries To Sell It In-Game For $700
Brief
Modern Warships developer Artstorm has admitted that an independent artist's 2014 ekranoplan design was used in the game without permission. Rather than removing the copied ship, Artstorm said it will contact the artist directly to make things right. According to IGN, the ship costs between $50 and $100 in gacha spins, or as much as $700 to buy outright.
