Skald: Against the Black Priory Lead Says He Does It Because of BioWare: 'Baldur's Gate 1 Is the First Game I Truly Loved'

Skald: Against the Black Priory lead developer Anders Lauridsen says he makes the game because of BioWare, calling Baldur's Gate 1 the first game he truly loved. He said there is a lot of BioWare DNA in Skald, whose mechanics and combat are Baldur's Gate and Fallout to the core. The game is $15 on Steam and GOG, half-off on GOG at the time of writing.
