Phantom Blade Zero Passes 700,000 Concurrent Players on Steam at Launch

S-Game's action RPG Phantom Blade Zero peaked at over 700,000 concurrent players on Steam less than 24 hours after release, making it the 15th most-played launch in the store's history. The article compares it with Black Myth: Wukong's 2,415,714 launch peak and cites consultant Daniel Camilo, who argues it is not yet a cultural phenomenon in China or elsewhere. S-Game has released a 5GB first patch aimed at improving performance on mid-range and lower-end PCs and handhelds.
