Fortnite's Ultra-Rare Pirate Shop Token Hunt Sparks Profiteering and eBay Listings

Fortnite's One Piece crossover event has players hunting a rare Pirate Shop Token that grants free item shop items for two weeks, and some are now sharing exploits, selling auto-farming tools, and charging to help others get it. Players estimate the token drops from roughly one in every 700,000 chests, and eBay listings are asking $9,000 to $10,000 for accounts with Pirate Shop access. Epic said buying an account or using fake tools is a scam, and its terms of service prohibit account sales and cheating.
