I Accidentally Severed My Finger With a Butter Knife in a Messed-Up Game of Five Finger Fillet

500 Finger Fillet is a roguelite that tasks players with landing 500 stabs between their fingers in 20 minutes, and in my demo session I sliced my ring finger clean off with a butter knife. The 500 stabs are split into rounds of 50 with a breather and item purchases halfway through, and each round ends with a new weapon choice that trades off surface area, severe percentage, and special conditions. A demo is available as part of Steam Next Fest, with the full game out on November 12.
