    PlaySide Studios' upcoming real-time strategy game Game of Thrones: War for Westeros is based on the HBO series and lets players field hero units using the likenesses of actors like Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Kit Harington, and Emilia Clarke. While the first gameplay trailer highlights familiar faces fighting for the Iron Throne, it also hides a monster that was referenced in the series but never appeared on screen.

    ATLUS releases 'Shadow' trailer for Persona 4 Revival

    ATLUS released a new 'Shadow' trailer for Persona 4 Revival, whose description mentions a string of unusual murders in Inaba, the Midnight Channel rumors, and the protagonist and his classmates awakening Personas to face Shadows. The game launches on February 18, 2027 for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, followed by Switch 2 on May 20, and will also be available via Game Pass.

    Lies of P Switch 2 Physical Release Now Available

    Neowiz has released the physical edition of Lies of P: Complete Edition for Switch 2 this week, distributed with iam8bit in two versions. The $69.99 "exclusive edition" includes the game on cartridge, the Overture DLC, an exclusive sleeve and boss lore cards, while a $420 version adds a Marionette Puppet, pin set and more. A new game update for the Switch 2 version also went live this week.

    Team Fortress 2 Update Released

    An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released and will be applied automatically on restart. It fixes missing VO lines for the Taunt: One-Eyed Punt!, an incorrect lightwarp on Scout Crazy Legs, and visibility issues with the Autumn Breeze Unusual effect. The update also fixes an exploit on cp_wildcat_event and increases the ctf_medi_evil timer from 8 to 10 minutes while removing overtime.

    Evangelion:Δ Cross Reflections gets its first trailer, coming to VR in 2027

    Korean developer Pixelity Inc. released the first trailer for Evangelion:Δ Cross Reflections, a VR trilogy that retells the events of the 1995 Neon Genesis Evangelion anime while telling an all-new story. Players take the role of a new NERV trainee aiming to become an Evangelion pilot, with large-scale battles against Angels and environments from across the series. The first game in the trilogy is planned for 2027, with the others to follow later.

    GTA 6 has received a PEGI 18 rating, with the description citing decapitation and dismemberment, the ability to snort cocaine from inventory at any time, and nudity, intercourse, and sexual fetish scenes. PEGI also noted players can pay for private dances in nightclubs, animals can be harmed, and discriminatory language appears in TV shows and radio channels. IGN later updated that PEGI has removed the rating page, which now shows a not-found message, and IGN has reached out to PEGI for comment. GTA 6 is still set to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19, 2026.
