Remedy Q3 revenue rises to €39.6m after Control Resonant's September 24 launch

Remedy's third quarter revenue rose 226% year over year to €39.6 million, with operating profit of €0.6 million versus a €16.4 million loss a year earlier, driven by preorders and first-week sales of Control Resonant, released September 24. The game has sold over one million units, making it Remedy's fastest-selling title, with the US accounting for nearly half of its PC and console sales. Remedy said nearly half of players were new to the Control franchise and that outstanding wishlists total 2.4 million.
