Diablo 4 Developer Update stream offers first look at the Warlock class and Season 12

Blizzard aired its Diablo 4 Developer Update livestream today, giving a first look at the new Warlock class and the game's next season. The Warlock is one of two classes coming with the Lord of Hatred expansion and arrives alongside it on April 28, while the Paladin is already available to players who pre-order the expansion. Season 12 is set for March 10 and runs until the expansion's release, and the stream also covers the Killstreaks system and Bloodstained items before a Q&A.

The Sims 4 adds paid mods and the Moola virtual currency

Maxis announced The Sims Maker Program and The Sims 4 Marketplace, launching first on PC and Mac on March 17, with PlayStation and Xbox following over the next couple of months. Players will use a new virtual currency called Moola to buy Maker Packs and Kits, with roughly 30% of a purchase going to the creator, while Expansion, Game and Stuff Packs remain available outside the Marketplace. Creators must apply to join the program starting March 5 and, once accepted, get access to the Maker Suite to test and publish their content.

Netmarble has announced the release date for The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, an open-world action RPG set in the world of the anime and manga but telling an original story, with players taking the role of Prince Tristan of the Kingdom of Liones. It launches on PC (Steam) and PS5 on March 16, with the global mobile release on iOS and Android following a week later on March 23, and pre-registration is open on the official website. Beyond combat and team building, the game also includes fishing, cooking and foraging.

Genshin Impact's Luna 5 update is now live, and in-game purchases have been disabled on PS4 as of today, with the Luna 6 update around April 8 set to end access to the PS4 version entirely. The PS4 version has been delisted since last September, and the game remains available on PS5, Xbox Series, PC and mobile. The version's reruns include Flins in the first phase and Skirk and Escoffier in the second, along with the return of the Chronicled Wish for Mondstadt characters.

Battlefield 6 Season 2 gameplay reveal streams today, season launches February 17

The Battlefield 6 Season 2 gameplay reveal will stream today on the official Battlefield YouTube channel at 8am PT, 11am ET and 4pm GMT. Season 2 goes live on February 17, with the medium-large map Contaminated available at launch, set in the mountains of Germany around a former NATO airbase. The season will also bring new weapons, new gadgets and the return of the AH-6 Little Bird helicopter, with a more detailed roadmap to follow today's reveal.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.0 launches February 13 with new world Planarcadia and a Fortnite collaboration

HoYoverse announced during its Special Program that Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.0 arrives February 13, adding the new world Planarcadia and two new 5-Star characters, General Yao Guang and Sparxie. Nioh 3 has launched simultaneously on PlayStation and PC, the first time the series has released on PC day-and-date with PlayStation. Seed Sparkle Lab announced that its life and farming sim Starsand Island will enter Early Access on February 11 on Steam and the Xbox Preview Program, with the full launch expected in the summer of this year. The full release will also come to PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2, and will add Steam Deck support and a multiplayer mode that is not available during Early Access. The Early Access build is said to offer about 100 hours of content, with more features arriving over the next six or so months, including a crossover event with My Time At Portia.

Infinity Nikki Version 2.2 Chromatic Beings Everbright Adds Chinese New Year-Themed Content

Infinity Nikki has released its Version 2.2 update, Chromatic Beings Everbright, built around the Chinese New Year-inspired Bloom Festival and a new story chapter set in the Wanxiang Realm. The realm is split into three areas, Cai Ye, Kongming Gorge and Jiuhua Pavilion, and the update adds two 5-Star Resonance Outfits plus the Nefarious Shadows Ability Outfit. Limited-time activities include Hotpot House, Flavor Frenzy and Fortune Mahjong.
