ArenaNet drops paid Guild Wars 2 Living World add-ons and bundles them with expansions
ArenaNet solves an ongoing Guild Wars 2 issue by ditching paid Living World add-ons and bundling them with expansions
Brief
ArenaNet announced that Guild Wars 2's Living World seasonal content will no longer be sold separately and will instead come bundled with expansions. Heart of Thorns includes season two, Path of Fire covers seasons three and four, and End of Dragons includes the final season, while the base game includes season one, with missing episodes added automatically to eligible accounts. Players who bought Living World DLC after 12th September will receive gems as compensation.
