    Team Fortress 2 Update Released

    An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released and will be applied automatically when the game is restarted. It adds a second style to the Beachcomber's Brim that was originally missed, fixes a naming conflict for the Northern Nights, Umbral Lights, and Solar Singed Unusual effects, and addresses visibility issues with the Blissful Butterflies and Wispful Wings effects. The update also fixes truncated style names for the Hard Hearing, the backpack image alpha channel for the Pyro's Overalls, and alpha channels for the Sandwich Diner and Sideshow war paints, plus removes rogue pixels from the Team Union war paint.

    Team Fortress 2 Summer 2026 Update Released

    Team Fortress 2 has released its Summer 2026 update, adding 6 new community maps including Dryfield, Camp Saxton, Shorelight, Redwood, Premuda, and Mojave, plus the Summer 2026 Cosmetic Case and War Paint Case. The update also adds 4 community-contributed taunts and 12 new Unusual effects, with the Summer event running through September 15th, 2026. It includes general security and stability improvements and numerous community fixes.
